2000 Toyota 4Runner 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

My 4runner is miss firing on the 4th cylinder, and I have changed the spark plug wires, spark plugs, and the coill pack that controls the 4th cylinder. Do you know what else would cause the fouth cylinder to miss?

Ok with a cylinder missfire it is caused by either bad plug or bad plug wire (you have already replaced) or fuel injector. So if you would unplug the injector and do an ohms test on it and get back to me with the ohms of resistance and I will look it up to see if it is in spec.
