I have a 2000 4runner that I just had a new master cylinder put in it because the clutch wouldn't pop back up after changing gears. Now that I replaced the MC -
1) the clutch never comes all the way back up (I have to pull it up with the toe of my shoe)
2) the catch point is very low.
3) I really have to push it to the floor just to get it to changes gears.
The guy I took it to is a good guy and gave me my money back but he still can't figure out what's wrong and how to fix it.
Pls help if you can.

Try bleeding the system and adjust the free play and pedal height
