Drive Train Axles Bearings problem

The yolk of my drive shaft has cracked in the front. Can I weld it? Is this not safe? Can I replace it with a used one? How much would it cost to fix it?

Welding is not a good idea, new or used replacement is OK. You would never rebalance a welded part, and this will cause a bad vibration. Junk yard parts are cheap, but exact price is up to them. New if you can find one is probably in the 100-150 rANGE.
