The other day i got into my car and put it in drive and i felt it click into gear but wen i hit the gas it sounded like it was in last gear, then i put the shifter down to low gear and then i really felt it go in gear. so i put it back in drive and it drove fine for the rest of the day. but it happened again the other day again, so im wondering if its maybee the transmission filter?

Hi there,

this sounds a bit more involved than a filter problem, if this is only doing it cold, you may have a sticky valve in the vale body, i would get a auto tech to do a test and report first.
