IS THERE ANY WAY THAT A FRONT AND REAR NON CALIFORNIA USA STANDERD CONVERTER CAN BE USED ON MY CAR? THE CALIFORNIA STANDERD TOYOTA PARTS ARE VERY EXPENSIVE. I HAVE SEARCHED THE WEB AND HAVE FOUND CONVERTERS THAT CONFORM TO ALL 49 STATES FOR A MUCH CHEAPER PRICE THAT THE TOYOTA PARTS.

Are you asking because yours is a California car? People have had trouble trying this, usually ends up turning the MIL on for catalytic efficiency code...
