Steering pulls to the right sways back and forth continuously while driving

While accelerating my truck pulls to the right. When letting up on the accelerator it sways back to the left. It also sways back and forth continuously while driving. Not sure if this is related but figured I'd divulge it.

Hello,

It sounds like you have worn or broken suspension component(s). Which is triggering this issue.
It could be due to broken sway bar link(s).
Do an inspection of the suspension. Look for any damaged components. You can also use a pry bar to check for excessive movement on any of the bushings.
