After returning a Uhaul trailer in the rain my truck didn't want to shift out of park. I've had to use the override switch on the consoul in order to push the button and get my truck out of park. Also, later that day I went to use cruise control but went I turned the system on the "cruise" light on the dash just blinked. Coinsidence? What is wrong with my truck?

Have your brake switch tested out that don't fix it, get the shift interlock system checked out-could be the shift lock solenoid-
