THE SEATBELT ON THE PASSENGER SIDE WON'T ALLOW ME TO PULL IT OUT. I HAVE NO SLACK TO LET IT SLIDE IN BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO PULL IT OUT. ANY SUGGESTIONS?
