THE SEATBELT ON THE PASSENGER SIDE WON'T ALLOW ME TO PULL IT OUT. I HAVE NO SLACK TO LET IT SLIDE IN BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO PULL IT OUT. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

HI there,

More than likely the retract mechanism has failed, these are not repairable, do not fit a used belt, always fit new safety equipment.
