1997 Toyota 4Runner 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 174k miles

horn doesn't work from steering wheel, fuses and relays are new and horn works when alarm goes off. What's the problem?

sounds like you should check out your horn button and make sure that its functioning?

check for a refrence when you push the button do you get a signal at the horn relay. does relay click?
