1995 Toyota 4Runner 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 1995 Toyota 4 runner that recently while I was driving the starter stayed engaged the whole time, so I parked it. I replaced the starter and it still would not start. It will start if you run a wire from starter to battery. It has power only to the headlights, interior lights, and four ways. I have no power to the radio, heater, taillights, windows, locks, and I can not pull it out of park. Could it be the computer?

Check all the fusible links and test the ignition switch and go from here.
