1995 Toyota 4Runner RUnning Idle is low

When my 4Runner starts the idle is about 900-1000 as it warms up it goes to 400-500 and is a bit rough because it is low...

Last week I changed the spark plugs wires rotor and distributer cap they needed it after 100,000 miles..

THe car doesn't hesitate and runs really well but it is just the low idle when it is warm..how do I raise the running idle..

Clean out the idle air control valve and see what happens don't work adjust for minimum air or at the throttle stop screw
