1995 Toyota 4Runner gas smell under vhood and it run rough

i just replaced fuel filter and fuel pressor regaletor
now i dont know what to do and it still smells like gas under hood and it dont start right off i have to pump the gas to get it to start

Check the fuel pressure and coolant temperature sensor.
