1995 Toyota 4Runner fuse

my 4 runner wont start or even turn over. as soon as i turn the key on it blowws the alternator fuse and the efi fuse. i cant find any bad spots in the wire or anything. anybody got any idea

You have a direct short to ground its time to trace the wire from where it starts and ends
