1995 Toyota 4Runner front disc brake repair

I was quoted a price of $360.00 for labor to r&r front rotors. I've also been told it's a fairly simple job and shouldn't take long. Was this mechcanic being honest when he said it was a 5 hour job, give or take 30 minutes?
