I recently purchased a Toyota 4Runner, I got it for a good deal as one of the injectors wouldnt fire, was told easy fix, bought it home, ended up putting a newer engine in. The new motor has had a compression test, was good, replaced the wires, tinkered with the timing, once we set the timing a bit seem to run good, only for a bit, same problem, replaced the mass air tube,(the old one was cracked), cant find the problem on the highway it runs good, even fairly good milage, however, its running rich and wont idle it doesnt stall, however, it runs and sounds like crap. We are at the end of patience with this little runner, other then the idle problem runs good at high rmp, doesnt leak oil, otherwise good condtion. Thanks
