Starts and runs fine. Both belts spin on seized pulley.
Diagnosis seized water pump? Drove 5 miles after seizure with no overheating.

What pulley? which one P/s AC Alt water pump

Fan shaft, topmost engine location. 2 pulleys on shaft.

yes water pump pully can't exlpain why no overheat except coolant not flowing so hot coolant staying in block not reaching temp sender.
