I have a 1994 Toyota 4Runner and when its idling, the oil pressure gauge is as low as it can go, but when I'm moving or rev it while sitting there the gauge goes back to normal. The oil level is full and clean, would this be an oil pump?

Check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge,if normal replace the oil pressure switch. If abnormal could mean oil pump and/or engine bearing.
