1994 Toyota 4Runner need help

I have a 1994 toyota 4 runner it has really no power at all. I've done full tune up fuel pump fuel filter cat muffer not a timeing belt. and i had about 45 diff. codes but no check engine light cleared the codes with a snapon scanner and i still cant get it over 4000 rpms please help!!

You sure the clutch is not slipping if okay -test the airflow meter, throttle position sensor and check fuel pressure and ignition timing
