1993 Toyota 4Runner 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic
I have a 93 4runner and it started doing this to me little after I bought it. It drives fine going down the highway until I push on the gas like im trying to pass someone. It down shifts likes its suppose to but it dont shift back up after that. When I let off the gas for a second and slowly acclerate it shifts back up fine. Its just right after the down shift if i stay on the gas the rpm will fly up and it wont shift. I just cant figure it out I truly appreciate any help or direction.
