I WAS DRIVING MY 93 V6 4 RUNNER HOME TODAY AND STOPPED AT TRAFFIC LIGHT,STARTED OFF AS ENGINE CHANGED GEARS AND STARTED TO ACCELERATE IT POPPED AND LOST POWER BUT SOUNDED LIKE IT WAS OVER-REVING WHEN I WOULD GIVE IT GAS,/I WAS JUST TRYING TO MAKE IT HOME WHILE IT WAS STILL RUNNING.THE ENGINE WAS RUNNING VERY ROUGH AND VIBRATING TERRIBLY.
MADE IT HOME ,CUT IT OFF AND CRANKED AGAIN STILL RUNNING BAD.
COULD SOMETHING HAVE HAPPENED TO TIMING OR IS IT PROBABLY DEEPER AT CRANK,CONNECTING ROD OR VALVE?
THANKS
