1993 Toyota 4Runner Blower fan switch not working on one of

My blower fan switch works in the off position, the low and high positions, but not in the mid position.
I was told there are fuses for each on position, but I cannot locate them. Is my information correct, and, if so, where are these fuses located?

Check and test the blower switch and also the blower motor resistor
