The tailgate window on my 93 4runner stopped going down the other day. It goes up fine by using the console switch, however, it won't go down. I can raise & lower it fine by using the key on the tailgate. Is this the Up/Down switch issue on the console or the window lock button (next to the up/down switch) not disengaging.

It should be the console switch, the down circuit is not complete, maybe bad contacts inside the switch.
