1992 Toyota 4Runner Water in transmission

Transmission problem
1992 Toyota 4Runner 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I'm gettig cooling water into the transmission.
Angine oil looks fine, Transmission oil is milky.

What is the problem?

Radiator ?

tranny cooler in the radiator
radiator no good need to have it replaced
flush both coolant and tranny
