When the engine is cold, sometimes the engine fails running, the revolutions go down an up, seems no electricity or gasoline in system, sometimes the engines goes off, and i have to turn on again. That doesn't happen when the engine is hot running on the highway. I all ready change the air and gasoline filter, the sparks and cables and check the timing, but the problem continues.

Check the fuel pressure and the coolant temperature sensor and idle air control valve.
