1991 Toyota 4Runner wont go

i just replace the transmission it reverse well but wen in drive it struggle and sounds like it is trying to move in a higher gear than first gear.(you know it goes 1 to 2 to 3 to 4 . it sounds like it is trying to move off in 3rd or 4th gear .
WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM

You need to check/test the 3-speed sensors-1 behind the speedometer, the other is on the left rear of the transmission, and the other is on top of the rear differential.

Ans also the throttle position sensor.
