1991 Toyota 4Runner oil pressure gauge

oil pressure gauge fluctuates, goes down and then back to the middle after running for 50 miles or so. Seems to lack power and using alot of gas.

Do you have a check engine light and when was the last tune-up??

Star by checking the oil presssure: Check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge,if normal replace the oil pressure switch. If abnormal could mean oil pump and engine bearing with that mileage could mean time to rebuild the engine
