1991 Toyota 4Runner 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual

my clutch keeps sticking , i realised the fluid was low and put dot4 fluid in as it was already in wagon, then realised it takes dot3, want to bleed lines as i think it had a air bubble in, is this correct and how would i do so?

Hi there,

To bleed the clutch, hold down pedal and open bleeder, allow air fluid to escape close bleeder and lit pedal. do not pump as this will do nothing, do not allow fluid level to get to low oi master cyl. repeat bleed 6-7 times or until all air is expelled, if air still present check for a leaky slave or master cyl.
