1991 Toyota 4Runner alternater

Hi friends

so the battery is changing the light inside says
the a battery is one year old
so the voltage at the alternater is the same as the battery
is there a fuse in the alternater or can I repair it
so if its broken where I get the most inexpensiv alternater
