I am having a problem with my sunroof.. It will go back but will not close. It sounds as if the motor is working fine and then it makes a grinding noise.

i'm not sure if there is a cable disconnected?

Hi there,

The regulator mechanism has failed you will have to remove the roof lining to inspect.
