My truck gets stuck in gear when I stop, and hard to shift after warm-up. It is not hard to shift with the truck off. Sometimes I have to turn the truck off and back on to get it out of gear. I can pull it out of gear if I give it some pressure but then it refuses to go into any gear at all. When I do stop and it gets stuck in gear there is a thunk that I feel and hear just before it gets stuck, it also shudders when its stuck in gear.

Hi there,

make sure that the clutch system is operating correctly and you have ample throw at the fork, also drain the gear box oil, check the plug for any metal and brass in the oil , re place oil with recommended type for your gear box, and re try. re post if problem persists or there is excessive metal in the old oil.
