When I start the car it runs for a very short time and dies. When I give it throttle it sputters and dies. When I don't touch the pedal it just runs out of fuel and dies. Is that the throttle sensor or the fuel pressure regulator or what? Thanks, James.

Check the fuel pressure if its within specs if okay clean out the IACV and EGR valves and test throttle position sensor and airflow meter.
