I have replaced the head gaskets and plugs and changed the oil after a head gasket leak. The heads were taken to a machine shop for repair/inspection and we changed the oil and plugs. Now the car has a low idle seems to have less power and has a raw fuel smell. What would cause this and how would I fix it.

Could be running too rich due to below

1.Excessive fuel pressure can be cause by restricted fuel return line
2.Defective Oxygen Sensors.
3.Leaking injectors and fuel pressure regulator.
4.Coolant temperature sensor out of calibration.
5.Restricted air intake system.
