1984 Toyota 4Runner 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual many miles
MY 4runner won't charge. After turning on and off a few times the battery needs to get jumped. I have just installed a new battery and alternator. When the vehicle is running the voltage across the battery is 12.63. Doesn't ever seem to charge.
