I am told that my van cannot be towed with a tow dollie due to something with the electronic parking brake. Is there a way to disable to EPB for extended periods of time? Maybe extending the car wash function (placing the car in neural) from fifteen minutes to whatever length of time is desired? Need to tow with tow dollie and Honda customer service has been no help.

Good morning.

Yes, they are correct and you cannot tow it.

Are you towing behind a RV?

The only recommendation is to use a car trailer instead of a dolly.

As far as turning it off, it may, just maybe can be done with OEM software but that will disable the entire system and that means you have no emergency brakes which is a federal violation of auto standards.
