totaly dead no electrical power to anything

No electrical power to anything from battery. It won't turn over, no lights, I can jump solenoid to turn over, but will not fire.

Make sure the battery has a full charge and battery connections are all good. Then use a test light and follow battery voltage. If it goes to fuse block, pick any circuit that doesn't work and is fuse protected, check the fuse circuit for voltage. If no voltage, either faulty wiring circuit or fuse block. I can't rule out a possible issue with fusible links? The automotive database I use for wiring diagrams, I can't access for some reason? Your model year is causing me problems trying to find wiring diagrams.
You may have to check voltage to and from ignition switch.
