Engine Torques specification

I am doing an engine overhaul on the vehicle and I am replacing with new pistons, big end and main bearings replacement. I need assistance on the torque specification for big end bearings, main bearings and cylinder head. And I have noticed that the coolant/water pump pulley is not in the center of the pump, which clear means it has to be fitted at a certain position and I am not so familiar with these engines. Please assist.

Hi there Ken, Thank you for the prompt reply. I have completed the repairs on the engine according to specs and the motor is fitted back on the vehicle, its running smooth.
