slips so bad car will not move.STARTED SLOW GOT WORSE.FORD said was torque converter Ford WANTS $1555 to repair it .I think the whosesale value is a bit much to charge.so how do i remove and replace this torque converter Billy Alford handof men@gmail.com

You may think that sounds like a lot but after you have attempted to remove the transaxle on your own, you may have a whole different opinion on that.

The dealer isn't your only option here. Get some estimates from REPUTABLE trans shops and independent repair shops for the job.
