Cylinder head torque?

250,009 MILES • 5.0L • V8 • 2WD • AUTOMATIC

I keep getting different torque values and sequences for a Ford 302 engine. It is not a boss engine or HO engine. Could you please give me the correct sequence and values for the internal bolts and the intake bolts as well as the sequences where necessary. Thanks
