Torque specs for valve cover gasket replacement needed and the order to adjust the bolts?

The specs are in two steps. First pass is to 3 to 5 lb ft. For each bolt
The second pass is to go to 7 lb. Ft. Following the same pattern.
Don't forget the small bead of sealer at the ends of the head as shown 2.5 mm and let it set no more than 5 minutes.
