These should be correct for that vehicle. The red circled numbers are the lb ft. The first number is newton meters. The second image are the OE instructions for replacement.
If you are replacing them with stock units you would likely be better off using loaded parts. Less money and aggravation.

Once complete you will need an alignment. On your vehicle that is pretty much only a toe adjustment in the front. If the camber or caster is out you would need to add a kit for each side to adjust camber and possibly alter the upper mount for caster.
