Torque specs for lower intake

Need torque specs for lower and upper intake and valve covers.

Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.

Here are the specs. Picture 1 shows tightening sequence.

Lower Intake manifold

Using new lower intake manifold and thermostat housing gaskets, install the lower intake manifold and the 10 bolts.

Tighten in the sequence shown to .................... 10 Nm (89 lb-in).

Don't know if you need it, but here is the info for the upper intake. Picture 2 shows sequence. Note that once they are torqued to spec, they need an additional 45 degrees turn.



Upper Intake Manifold

Using a new gasket, install the upper intake manifold and the 7 bolts.
Tighten in the sequence shown in 2 stages.

Stage 1: Tighten to .................... 10 Nm (89 lb-in).

Stage 2: Tighten .................... an additional 45 degrees.
