Torque specs for the heads, rocker arms, and intake manifold needed?

I am replacing the head gaskets so what is the torque specs for the heads and rocker arms and intake manifold.

Hi,

When you tighten the intake, make sure to follow the sequence and do it in two steps. As far as the rocker arms are concerned, when you torque them, make sure the camshaft lobe is not touching the rocker.

Last, the cylinder heads are to be torqued in sequence and in three steps. First, you will reach a specified torque. After that, the bolts are turned in degrees.
