Torque specs for the camshafts and camshaft

What are the specs to torque down the camshafts and camshaft gears? Please help.

In the diagrams down below I have included the torque spec for the camshaft bearing caps and the runout and end play specs for the camshafts on your vehicle. Please go through them and get back to us with how everything turns out.
