Here are the driveshaft bolts and transfer case bolt torque specs:

Driveshaft Bolts:
Front Driveshaft to Transfer Case Bolts:

Torque Spec: 30 ft-lbs (40 Nm)
Rear Driveshaft to Rear Differential Bolts:

Torque Spec: 30 ft-lbs (40 Nm)
Center Support Bearing Bolts (if applicable):

Torque Spec: 18 ft-lbs (25 Nm)

Transfer Case Bolts:
Transfer Case Mounting Bolts to Transmission:

Torque Spec: 45 ft-lbs (61 Nm)
Transfer Case Drain/Fill Plug:

Torque Spec: 15 ft-lbs (20 Nm)
