Torque Specifications

I need to know the torque specifications for the cylinder head bolts, manifold bolts, and intake bolts for a 1996 Ford Escort LX with a 2.0 split port engine. I have looked online on other sites and can't find the information and what I can find is all different numbers...

96 has a 1.9L but should be same all readings in ft. lbs.
cylinder head 5 steps
1-44
2-loosen 2 turns
3-44
4-90 degrees
5-additonal 90 degrees.
Cyl head bolt should be new as they are torqued to yield.
exhaust manifold 16-19
intake manifold 12-15
