Torque spec on thermostat housing?

Where the thermostat assembly bolts to the engine are 4 bolts can you give me the spec

Yes. the thermostat/water-inlet housing mounting bolts are torqued to approximately:

14 N·m (10 ft-lb / 120 in-lb).

I would tighten the four bolts evenly in a crisscross pattern, bringing the housing down gradually rather than fully tightening one bolt at a time. That’s especially important because the housing mates to aluminum and doesn’t need much torque.
