torque settings for the cylinder head, main bearings and big end bearings?

Hi, I need the torque settings for the cylinder head, main bearings and big end bearings as well as the torque sequence for the vehicle listed above it is the J200 model.

Hello this should help,

Cylinder head tightening torque 34 N.m + 90 degrees, Main bearing tightening torque = 53 - 65 N.m, Con-rod bearing torque = 19.5 - 24.5 N.m
