Torque settings and sequence needed for replacing the rocker cover gasket and reinstalling rocker cover?

Hi,

If you look below, I attached the directions for the removal and installation of the cylinder head cover. Note there is one bolt toward the front of the engine, you must use sealant on the threads, or it will leak.

The torque specifications are 71-inch pounds. (not foot pounds)
