Torque settings retaining clamp?

I've installed a new injector but can't find d the correct torque settings for the retaining clamp nut I've been given settings of 18-20nm up to 250nm which is insane amount of torque.

I am not sure what retaining clamp you are referring too? Do you have an image you can upload?
