Good day,

Do you know where the torque converter clutch solenoid is located?
What does it mean by circuit performance or stuck off?

Thank you.

It means the torque converter clutch solenoid is not responding, most of the time to will be the torque converter clutch solenoid itself. Here is the location so you can swap it out and then clear the codes when completed. It does not say which one it is so you will need to test them all or get a rebuilt valve body. Here is the location of the shift and converter lock up solenoids. Use a voltmeter to check the coil resistance which all of them should be about the same.
